Yep, I have a dependence on coffee. If I don't have coffee in the morning, I can't think straight - I'll make tons of mistakes by noon-time. It's almost like I can read something, and I won't understand a word of it. In fact, I won't even remember reading it. After coffee, I'm a good worker though.
I'm thinking it might be psychosomatic though, because when I take that first sip, it's like my whole day brightens up, and I know there's no way in hell the stuff works that fast.
I think I like this job a lot. Mostly, I think I like this job because I hate natural health products, and this job puts me in a position to do the most damage to this particular industry. MMMMaybe I don't hate all natural health products. Maybe I only hate homeopathic medicines.
Ugh. This has got to be my worst allergy season ever. I guess if I only look at the upside, I can say that I get tired easily and sleep well.
8am... time to do some real work.

OMG, i totally agree with the allergies. I dunno what's the deal...everyone is suffering more than normal....did we suddenly get more trees this year? or did they decide to pollinate extra this year? i dunno..but it's been hell. i've been popping reactant right left and centre...and there's nothing that really stops me from scratching my eyes...it's been at least 2 weeks since i last put in contacts. argh.

Speaking of last putting in contacts, the last time i put in contacts was when i first moved into my apt.
I was using this spray duster stuff, and it started to clog and sputter. Brilliant me, I turn it around and peer at the nozzle and hit the button. Of course, it works perfectly and I get a faceful of cleaner. I run screaming like a little girl to the bathroom and wash out my eyes, and rip out my contacts. It was kinda cool watching my contacts shrivel up as they melted.
Anyway, I'm fine.
I feel it's my duty to say that you should have your eyes check out just in case; don't want any type of corneal ulcer.
Although, the fact that's you're not complaining of pain right now is a good sign. especially since it's been a while since you've first moved in.
hahhaa...sorry, but i couldn't stop laughing. that was a funny story.
and i'm glad that you're ok.

pfft thanks for telling me your stories..
i think it was spiked. the next morning i still felt it's presence.
call..
i read an article saying that it's cuz we had a colder start to spring. so some trees that usually start pollinating earlier didn't pollinate until it got warmer (i.e. now), so now the pollen count is crazy high cuz a lot of trees are all pollinating all at once. rain makes it better.
